| 1. Where is my order? |
| If there are any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact the website customer service department at 416-601-1990. |

| 2. Why isn’t my item available? |
| Our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website every 15 minutes and we always try to show the most accurate stock available. Occasionally, when a product is popular or during special offers, it is possible for a number of customers to place orders the last item at the same time. If there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you by phone or email. |

| 3. Can I get a refund? |
| Yes, as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging, you can take the item to one of our stores or return the item by parcel post. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. |

| 4. What if I forget my password? |
| Don’t worry! From the sign in page, click the ‘forgotten password’ button and enter your email address. We’ll then send you a new password. Once you’ve got your new password, enter it on the sign in page and from ‘Orders’ you can change the password to one you’ll remember. |

| Spoof or false emails are emails claiming to be from well-known companies and attempt to get the recipient to hand over sensitive information such as, account, credit card or bank details. These emails attempt to copy the appearance of a popular website or company in order to commit identity fraud.
